OBJECTIVES OVERVIEW • This website will be developed using JOOMLA • Build new MAIN WEBSITE www.website#[login to view URL] on your local server Updates will be required daily to Apache SVN. These updates will be transfered to the development server daily. • When complete then we will make changes to www.website#[login to view URL] and move both to the server at [login to view URL] • Create Fan Club Module using existing software as a foundation. o Back Stage Pass/ “Meet & Greet” Module (Useable anytime for 3 years from purchase at approved shows) o Show Tickets Module (Same as Back Stage Pass module) o Voting – Membership to be able to add 1 vote to any SURVEY module o Downloading Studio Sessions Album o $10.00 Digital Coupon (Useable toward the purchase of Next Years CD) o Integrate with DATABASE • Set up DATABASE as our Fan Base Data Collection (FBDC) • Set up payment gateway through Paypal Payments ADVANCED (Account is in process) • E-Commerce Website using one of Paypals approved partners • Integrate E-Commerce product with Amazon.com. Physical fulfillment will be done through [login to view URL] fulfillment - Virtuemart • I have set up an account with CD Baby. They will distribute to ITunes and others – Still deciding whether to use CD Baby application or ITunes application on the website. Even though I make less, ITunes is more popular and it looks nicer so I am leaning that way. • Optional - Integrate Constant Contact with our CRM for email campaigns Transfer the existing website to new [login to view URL] hosting plan – Listed first but will be one of the last things we do. • We will install and configure the Customer Portal / Website package on a [login to view URL] managed server. o This server is a Linux Server o 512 K o Bandwidth 10Meg/sec max with no other bandwidth limitations o CENTOS o PHP w/ Preconfigured LAMPStack o MySQL o SSH is available • Music & Video Files will be stored in the storage target, CLOUDFILE
