Web-Based Association Management

I am looking for a professional coder to create a web-based association (non-profit, political campaign) management script. This will be for a site that allows users to download a licensed copy of the script for a set amount, or lease it (hosted on our server for a monthly fee). This is really _not a hard project_, so _please don't act like it is and respond with greedy, unrealistic bids_. I will only entertain reasonable bids. I want someone who will also be available for work on future versions of the script, so that it constantly stays above any competition. The script should consist of a stand alone secure interactive website where the association's members can register, create a profile and manage their account. The Index page should have a news feed section, newsletter sign up, event calendar, blog, member's section, a searchable directory, search web feature, poll, submit a contribution, tell-a-friend, bookmark, photo gallery, submit and rate an article. The admin section needs to have the following. -Customizable: Add logo, header and footer, change colors, layout (member association selects one of at least three layout such as two columns, three columns or split frame) -Modular: Turn above features on or off, easily customize script -Content Manager: Edit main sections of website -Control features for above features (i.e., poll, blog, photo gallery, etc..) -Account Manager: Manage membership dues, profiles, accounts, contributions, send invoices. Sends automatic renewal notice. -Banner ad manager: track and maintain banner ad sales -Project Management: Projects, Tasks, Contacts, Calendar, File Sharing, Staff Notes, Staff Forum, Gantt Chart, etc... -Access Control: Permission settings for users, members and staff -Support: We need to manage support requests, so a good ticket system is needed I prefer somone who has done something like this before. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. **Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased**. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). **4) No Clones ** ## Platform -php/mysql is preferred -Linux/Unix -needs security -cross-browser compatible
