Hi, I currently own a voting website for RuneScape servers. I have tried my hardest to keep as many proxies out! I want to make sure that they can only vote every 12 hours, But some how they manage to always bypass that rule. I'm sure that they're using some sort of proxy, so I want to make sure that every possible way of voting more than every 12 hours is done.
