Need bash script expert to help debug bash/php/mysql app

I have a small shell script which sends basic data to a php page which in turn sends that to mysql. This is simply to collect ping/network data for T1 circuits being installed for our LAN/WAN connectivity. I need someone to go through the the script and the php code, cleaning things up, updating to the latest mysql statements and generally making sure that everything is working right, secure etc. By bidding on this project, you agree never to copy our code, use our code or share our code with anyone for any purpose what so ever.
