Wordpress Plugin: Tip Box

Wordpress-Plugin: "Vote if you like the tip." A plugin to show a static tip box, used only as additional graphic element on the Web page (No links on the element). One should be able to click on the heart to say that they like the tip and the counter counts up. It is possible to like the tip once per IP address, set with coockie. If one click again the counter counts down again. The Tip box content can be inserted into both widget and used as a shortcode in post and pages. The contents of the tip added as custom posts/snippets, and title can be selected from a list in the widget. (See attached example). Each tip has a shortcode so it can be used in articles and pages. Sample design/html of the tip box with pictures is attached. Widget: The widget is quite simple, the user can choose which tip you want from a drop down menu. Last tip added are listed first. Shortcode: The best solution would be if one in wordpress editor had a button and you can then choose tips from a modal window. We welcome suggestions for other solutions, but want to be able to insert the tip box straight from the Wordpress editor inside posts and pages.
