Mass Mailing Program PHP

Mass Email Software w/Self Installer Specifications: 1.) PHP 4.0 Scripted program which will be a service based mass mailer. The script will be compromised of two GUI's, one for the end-user and one for the admin. The end-user will have access to his own account in a a single directory. The admin will have access to all data in all end-user's directories on a server mapped by domain or IP. The GUI will be fully editable by the designer once development is complete. 2.) The email mass mailing program will be a program which a user can upload text based email addresses, download said address lists, remove lists, and email lists based on selections made in the user interface. 3.) The user will have the option of sending a text based email or HTML based email using either a simple subject and body filed for text or an absolute path to an HTML template for the HTML email. 4.) The script will require an opt-out link hard coded to the email template enabling the user to automatically remove their email address from the mail list. 5.) The script will require a log file enabling the user admin to scope logs for abuse of the software. The end user will not have access to these logs only the admin. The logs will contain basic date,time,IP ,email address and any error codes generated. 6.) The admin CP will have the same capabilities as the end-users interfaces as well as the ability to View users passwords,email lists, etc. The admin will also have the ability to import lists into the admin GUI and mass mail the end-users lists. 7.) Communication with the mail server: Because of Spam guidelines the software must be limited to sending 49 emails at a time with a pause of at least 20 [login to view URL] to a min. Coder suggestions regarding this limitation will be appreciated. 8.) User Interface templates are provided. Any changes that need to be made to these templates must be approved. NOTE: The admin Control Panel should be almost the same as the user interface with the exception of allowing the admin to select any acconut on the server and have full access, a simple GUI will do. Optional ---The software may require a self installer. eg;domain or IP, username, passwd, target directory. require ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Unix Based , FreeBSD , PHP 4.0 and above
