Simple SKU/Qty MCL Designer app for Phaser P470

I am looking for a very basic SKU/Qty application for my Symbol Phaser P470.? Based on the information Symbol tech support provided, the program will be very simple, but requires the use of MCL Designer.? If you are not familiar with MCL Designer, or do not own it, please do not bid on this project.? You will need the purchased application. The program will be the default (only) app on the scanner, and should initially present the user with the standard SKU: prompt.? The user should be able to scan or manually input any symbology sku (just like the standard app allows). Once the user enters the sku or scans it, the prompt should change to display "Quantity:" and allow numeric input via the keypad (or scanner in theory).? The user will press the enter key after entering the Quantity - once the enter key is pressed the scanner should send the following to the PC: <Entered SKU> <Tab> <Entered Qty> <Enter> then return to the SKU Prompt ready for the next input.? It the tab/enter combination is a promblem for the coder - it can send tabs or enters, but the tab enter combination is preferred. I am an application developer myself, so you will be working with someone that understands specs and code.
