Social Engine customization

We need a customization of the chat software (arrowchat with video) on our socialengine site. It needs to be changed in the following ways, namely: 1) relocate the link to start a videochat and hide the link for certain membertypes. 2) when opening a new videochat, add some custom text to the text that's already shown in the text chat window. 3) open the videochat in a new page (not in a popup), and insert some php-generated text lower on the page like a timer, credits from credit module, etc. 5) managing the credits of users while they are using the videochat. 6) after the videochat is done, wrap it all up and add standard socialengine notification to the top of site & add the chat itself to history of the credit module and to some related sections of users account. 7) start off your reply or offer to this job precisely with the sentence "hello, good job" so we know you read this message well.
