CMS Website

Hello, i want a CMS website built, similar to: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] These website are pageant/modeling websites where people upload there pictures and once we the administrator approve them they go live for people to ring a special number (090 1234 0988) to then vote. Because of the different age groups in the competition we would need the each age group to be in its own specific section. All the people who apply between 5 - 9 when they are uploaded to the website they would need to be in the age 5 - 9 section. etc etc. The different age categories would be given to the person chosen to do the job. I want each contestant to have there own page. When a contestant is approves, they will be featured on the website, i want them to have a unique where they'd be able to tell, voters more about themselves, examples are shown on <[login to view URL]:TeenPrincessHeat2> So they can add pictures, videos and text so each contestant really gets a chance to sell themselves before people bid on them. (if your still unsure, it would be like an asos product page: <[login to view URL]> If you look on that asos product page, you'll see it has: a description multiple images a video That what i want. I want each contestant to have there own unique login and password so they can view there own page. And to see there progress and how many votes they have so far in the competition. I want a section where administrations can oversee everything on the website, so they can change images and text, throughout the website and somewhere where we'd be able to send out mass emails to all our contestants.
