Database Portal with Evaluation

Description For payed retrieval of auction data (already expired auctions) of collectibles we need a web interface (website) including administration panel (payments with paypal required). Design: Form follows function ;) Valid HTML is important! The user registers on our webpage and can do some free queries to test our database. The purpose of our service is to retrieve prices for the customer´s collectibles. (or collectibles they want to buy or estimate their value) Each query is paid from the user´s account. (Maybe x Cent / query) The result of the query is a price for the item over the last 2 years (or the interval the user selects) (text and graphic [chart]). Description of the individual parts of the program: - Customer management (with an opt-in registration, login, logout, etc., resend lost password) - Management of deposits on account with paypal - Automatic generation of invoices for customers (PDF, text) - Admin Tool with access to all customer data for modification and review of customer data (Listing account balances, search queries, etc.) - Search function on a very large MYSQL table with more than 10 million records (already exists) - Search - Search form on about 10 fields - Mark any search on the customer and bill / optional free search - Graphical, statistical analysis of the results (graphics price, date) prices over time - Automatic filtering of outliers in the results - Management of a table with search terms in category-style (main groups, with n-subgroups) - Management of the table (mentioned above) with a web interface - Use of Web 2.0 techniques AJAX etc. - Programming in PHP with MySQL tables - LINUX server - Multilanguage required – so a table for translations / phrases is important - API for external requests is needed (XML-Data)
