EMAIL SOFTWARE - reposting

Project Description: Hello, I need an Email software/client to be written. This is basically a normal email software ( POP3 and SMTP ) but Email software works this way: - works under MS Windows ; - the software works with certified mail / digitally signed / encrypted email messages: user must be able to register and use it's own server / provider for digitally signed mail services ; IMPORTANT - the software has pre-written messages / templates - users must only fill some fields with numbers / names. The email software then creates the final message; - the software must be able to search and extract the recipient address from an external/internal server OR database; VERY IMPORTANT . The software has to resolve a capcha to extract the recipient address. - software has a "sent" folder ; software will manage delivery receipts and will enable user to print copy of the sent message and delivery receipts ; - software must be very simple and user friendly.
