Update PHP/MySql Lead System

I have a lead management setup, it's a telemarketing system it has leads in the system each entry has a (name, address, phone number, etc..) and it also has a status. The status says if the call was "interested", "not interested", etc.. the default status is, "not called". Which means the entry/lead has not been called yet. I have attached two screenshots, the first screenshot - [login to view URL] displays the categories the leads are in, like "ac-3-months", "catering" etc.. it shows how many leads are in the system, if you click "show" it will display the leads like in screenshot - image2.jpg. You can see in [login to view URL] it shows the status, "not called". What I need is to display the total number of "not called" leads from [login to view URL] on the [login to view URL] screenshot, like next to where it shows "600 leads" for example for "ac-3-months" it should display how many "not called" leads there are in that category. It should display the number of not called leads for every category when you are in the "List Leads by (Category)" page. Let me know if you have any questions. I need this done ASAP, it needs to be completed today.
