We are looking for somebody who can "clone" bit ly or other link shorteners and keep track of the number of clicks per url are generated by a specific user. It has to be unique clicks and total clicks per day. Somebody can create an account and then they have access to promote a specific link and also see the number of total and unique clicks they have generated. (has to be unique click per day!!) There also has to be an overall overview of all the users for a specific link and show statistics. User can login and see statistics. Admin can login and see overall statistics of all users. Which user has generated most clicks and also what are total unique clicks. Who can make this and at what costst? We would love to see examples if possible. Think it is an easy job for the right person. Thanks.

Hello, Mysql is really not the best DB to do this, but.... My system includes a simple login with daily stats (bar chart) and an admin panel where you can add full page ads and delay until the goto URL shows up.
