WiFi Hotspot software Hourly

I would like an automated system that will allow people to register to use my WiFi Hotspot. Users will connect to the wifi network, and then get redirected to me predefined homepage. Where they will get an options for internet access. System should integrate a paypal payment system, MySQL database and FreeRadius server. Users will be required to use a username and password to log-in on the captive portal page. Users will also have the option of buying vouchers at my office or pay via credit card also. System must allow flexibility to choose daily, weekly or monthly internet access. Must have admin control panel for me to set pricing, create vouchers for sale from the admin panel, I want the staff to be able to administer the system from this Admin Panel i will use it at mu cottages I will have an admin screen. where i see request new users that connect to my network and i can manage them bandwidth, noaccess, etc
