Write some Software for a Wordpress Site

I need a program written for my Wordpress Personal Training Fitness Site. I hope that will allow customers to login (with fields for personal information initially, and once logged in, it will remember the person and their data/account). Once logged in the person will be able to update forms (excell type spreadsheets that have running totals and fields with height, weight, age, gender. Also a place to upload and see current progress pictures (jpg)). All of this information will then be kept in a running score (with points associated to each field) that will be tallied for 60 days. Each person will be on a team of 4 other people, so they will need to be able to see their team mates, and their team scores. I also need another place (this place in the program will be public) where the teams and their ranks will be displayed. I need another place in the program to be a fitness calculator (calculates BMI, and TDEE (I will give you equations for this), where the members can login, and enter their data, into the specific fields, and find their exact TDEE, in order to follow their meal plan. There needs to be a form where all the groups participating will be displayed in rank of 1st to last, and a place to join the group if there is a space available (not 4 people).
