Integrated PHBB3 into my Web Design

Hello, I need someone to integrate my phbb3 community forum into the actual web design of my website. I want it to blend in the website. If you PM me I will show you the actual website you will have to do the integration on. I also having a minor problem, on the very same website, the header of my goes off the alignment with the backround every time, on Internet Explorer but not on Firefox. This is a very small problem but I would like to have it fixed and have the entire website looking perfectly aligned with all the different platforms there is out there such as IE, Firefox, Safari. Again if you PM me I will send you the link of the website. This is a very small project and I expect it to be complete in a few days and I am not looking to pay over $20-30.
