We are starting a business and ultimately will need a website built very similar to Freelancer.com.
First we will need a simple version of the website to test our service. We hope to run a beta test as soon as possible. Ultimately we hope to have thousands of users.
Website must include ability to login via LinkedIn/Facebook in API and pull Their LinkedIn data such as their resume.
Website will be an online marketplace where some users will QUOTE Their rate for certain services, while other users will BUY their services at that rate. Must be able to exchange money online and have a milestone/escrow system like Freelancer before the money exchanges hands. There will hopefully be thousands of transactions in a given day.
Candidates must:

--Have in house designers
