Customize wordpress theme - few changes

I need a few changes made to this wordpress theme: [login to view URL] What I want changed (see attached image): 1. I need a two level navbar where I can add categories, subcategories, as well as pages (I can only add pages at the moment). It needs to function like on [login to view URL], with the search field in the navbar also. 2. Above the navbar and to the right of the logo add a placeholder banner ad (468x60). 3. Edit the right side column: - Move the ads section up, and insert placeholder ads (2 234x120 and 2 234x60. Below these add an Advertise Here text link. - Below, add 'Highest Rated' (not most rated). - Under this add 'Comments', like on the template but without the other tabs. 4. Whenever a page is created there's a box with the following text: "This entry was posted on Friday, January 2nd, 2009 at 10:49 am and is filed under xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx. You can follow any responses to this entry through the RSS 2.0 feed. You can leave a response, or trackback from your own site." I need this removed and replaced with a box positioned above the google ads box, that I can edit and add download details to, like here: [login to view URL] 5. Remove Website and Email Address fields from Leave a Comment fields and add a spam protection field using WP-ContactForm plugin or similar (asking something like 14+7). Change the Submit button to match the search button. Simple! Cheapest most competent bidder wins.
