Design edits, Indesign to HTML/CSS, general bug PHP fixing

This project is a design fix project for a version 2 of a currently live web site. the v2 is in development and online but has slight design differences between the designer supplied adobe indesign files and the CSS and HTML that has been created. Each page needs to be checked and small changes made on each page. The majority of the work is font related but there are also some buttons that should have been supplied but were not. In addition to this work we need some development work on our left menu navigation bar. In the current production version of the web site different pages had different sections of the navigation bar open by default. We will need the same in the new version. On top of this we want to add the ability for customers to click check boxes next to the entries in the navigation bar which should act as filters. Multiple check boxes can be selected. The coding of the page does NOT need to be developed ... Jut the functionality of the current production navigation menu ported to the new design and check boxes added. Coding for making the page itsel work is all ready dine so this is really more of the front end side of things. When the checkbox is clicked you will need to call a java function which we have built. Lastly, we are missing a few buttons for the design which will be used in form submits. Those are: back, feedback, submit. Proceed to payment, help, and confirm. Summary: 1.
