Hello freelancers, we decided in our Proofreading and Translating Agency that we need system like freelancer (lite edition). We would like to put on market system for proofreaders, translators and other professors on one site and costumers on other site. Costumers should post the P or T work in system with description, deadline, and aprox found. After project posted system will send email, alert on page desktop, or send SMS to providers (sms - with [login to view URL]) with same references (Provide-need) Providers (translators, proofreaders) will get payment true our system minus our % after finished woork or once per week/month. For payment i prefer paypal and pay proformo invoice. After work should costumer write review provider and vote (1-5) Providers can register but must be approved by admin. Costumers should pay part or whole amount before (same step) offer is accepted. Page should be translatable. I also would like to order simple light theme (blue, green, grey or red).
