Redesign my classifieds site

Looking to redo my website. Right now it is a wordpress theme called Classipress. I'm looking to create a whole new website that isn't WordPress based. Website Features: 1. New, scalable PHP/MySQL Platform 2. New website layout (done at our direction) 3. User Registration with Facebook/Twitter or Custom Registration 4. New Category/Product system 5. Integration with Amazon Web Services (when a user searches for an item, results will pull from our database as well as a sponsored section with data pulled from Amazon linked to our affiliate account) 6. Advanced advertising system 7. SEO and Performance Optimization Admin Features: 1. Ability add/edit/delete website pages in an advanced HTML editor 2. Ability to add/edit/suspend/delete/contact users 3. Ability to add/edit/delete product categories and products 4. Custom Print layout. a layout where we can arrange the information in a specific way that is easy for the user to post as ads around their community.
