Simple website development

The site will have 5-6 pages (menus) and no more than 3 sub menus in some of them - I still have to decide upon them There is a form (I have attached the structure). The user will see 2 Sections : 1) "General Information" 2) "Type of valuation" with the labels as per attached file (Type of property, Car / Equip, Other). These labels will also have clickable labels, for example Type of property has the labels Flat, House etc. If the chooses Flat he will have two fill - four more fields (Are, Box, Garage, Parking Place). So the structure is like: 1 - Type of valuation - Label not clickable 1.1 Type of property - Label not clickable 1.1.1 Flat - Label clickable Corresponding Fields as per this choice: Area, Box, Garage, Parking Place 1.1.2 House - Label clickable Corresponding Fields as per this choice: Please see the attached file etc 1.2 Car / Equip - Label not clickable 1.2.1 Car - Label clickable Corresponding Fields as per this choice: Please see the attached file etc 1.3 Other - Label not clickable These secondary fields he has to submit, could be on a second form dynamically generated. You will notice that many fields repeat (as you may see in the spreadsheet - "Used Variables") where I have extracted the unique variables which will populate our database, There is no problem in using CMS for static pages (I prefer WordPress). Where I need flexibility - within the forms (I should be able to add / delete variable on each level of the form - for example I should be able to add a new variable on the "Flat" Category or on the "Type of property" Category or even on the Type of valuation ) There are also "extra" variables to be added only the in the Admin Panel so the administrator should add them in order to build a history of his projects and to use them for future analyses. So our database will be made of - Front-end Variables and Admin Variables. The Administrator should be able to export relevant information from his database on different criteria and also can export search results to CSV E-mails - The user will receive an automatically email with the quotation for the valuation. For example if he wants to a have a flat valuated - based on the form fields we will send him a quotation. This is the only point where the website is involved. The process will continue like this: If he agrees on the price the correspondence between him and us will be done via email, we will ask for documents, than we will make the valuation and send the final report. We will store this report on electronic format on external storage devices labeling each project with an unique ID. Afterwords we will input in the Admin Panel extra details of the valuation and that's it!
