WebsiteGrader.com type of website

I am looking to have a website function similar to WebsiteGrader.com. I would like for it to be built using Ruby so that it is better equipped for scaling. I want this to be a SaaS where marketers, developers, and site owners can run multiple reports, save these reports, monitor/store improvements to the report scores, etc, have the reports re-brandable, etc. Website will need to support an affiliate program as well. I want it to measure most things that [login to view URL] currently does. Another similar tool is SiteBeam, but don't want it to look/measure all those things. You will need to be familiar with SEO type tools and have an understand of API's and where the various pieces of data comes from. I will need to see that you have completed previous projects that relate to this project. If you feel another coding language will be best, than I am open ears. Website skin will be provided. I would want it to be on top of WordPress and the member management can be handled with this plugin WPMUDEV Membership plugin, but the user dashboard needs to be designed/integrated that will allow them to store reports, run new reports, etc. If you have other ideas for the layout/management, I am open ears for that as well. Please do not bother bidding if you do have not experience (and can prove it through Freelancer projects) building SEO related tools. Also, please do not bother bidding if you have not built out a SaaS web application.
