Wordpress Plugin, widget and shortcode

Hi, I wish to let users of my website enter a raffle, using a plugin for wordpress. The plugin will have the following features: Users will register and sign up for the raffle using their postcode and email address. or social login and postcode (facebook, twitter). After both the postcode and email addresses have been validated as real, and the user has successfully registered, the user will be redirected to a page specified in the admin settings. Users will have the option to sign up for multiple raffle categories, and manage which categories they are signup for. Each raffle category will be created in the admin setting. Category examples could be "books" or "comics" etc or "money/cash" Then for each raffle category you will be able to specify the end date and end time. You also be able to manage prizes in advance and pre-schedule their "listing" or "posting" in the admin settings. Once one prize listing has finished, then next prize will automatically appear. The plugin will randomly pick a winning postcode from the list of users, and that will be displayed on the website using a shortcode. The user will have to login and check if they have won. it is possible that multiple users will share the same post code, so the prize will go to the first person who claims the prize. Registering a postcode after it has been drawn will not allow the user to claim the [login to view URL] a cookie will mean the user does not need to login every time. The current winning postcode is only visible to users who login. The postcode will be displayed using a "scratchcard effect" much like //[login to view URL] This will be done not using flash. It will be possible to specify the size, background and foreground image or colour in the admin settings, and well as the scratching diameter. Each unclaimed prize will rollover and be added to the following prize. Each prize that is claimed will show who claimed the prize. (settings will allow the user to adjust this privacy setting") e.g. their facebook profile picture and first name. When a prize is claimed, the user claiming the prize will have to submit a delivery address with the same postcode. The rollover will support money rollovers, so the "cashpot" will increase in value. Each prize would have the following info: Title, Featured image/video ,description, (if money then also the value) Using a shortcode the plugin will generate a list of recent draws. This will show the date, the winning postcode and the prize. This will be capped at X results, editable in the admin settings. By the user clicking "view more results" (editable text in the admin settings) the user will be shown a further y results (editable number in the admin settings). They ability to search these results will be possible. Individual shortcodes will display the following information. prizepot, time until the next draw, winning postcode, if the prize is cash then the jackpot amount Users who register will have the option to sign up for multiple news campaigns during the login process. The campaigns will be handled by mailchimp. Users will be given a cash bonus everytime they check the results of the website. this should be limited to one bonus per draw. This is payable when a user claims their prize. The total bonus balance for each user should be displayed in each newletter. the bonus amount will be specified in the admin panel.
