Wordpress System

DO NOT SEND ME A GENERIC RESPONSE. I will not pay any milestones until 100% of the work is completed and it functions properly. I have a 100% positive reputation on this site and others. I need a replicated wordpress system for multiple users with specific plugins built into it. Each person will have their own unique site/extension/subdomain for SEO purposes. 1. Have basic wordpress themes the user could choose from with sliders at the top. This would be a blog site for the homepage and a few of the inner pages would be custom. -There would need to be a simple interface that allows the user to edit the slider images and their basic information such as: name, address, phone, location, keywords etc 2. There needs to be a content library. This content library will have thousands of unique articles and would need to do spin text/replace the keywords they entered in earlier such as name, address, location. - One article per week would be delivered at a random day and a random time to each person 3. This is for multiple types of groups. In the sign up process the person would select their profession such as: Dentist, Doctor, Attorney, Real Estate Agent, and other business professional categories. -Each content library would fit the specific type of business profession and they would receive that content each week at a random day and time. 4. The content must syndicated automatically to the persons Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ account. Anytime an article hits their blog it must be delivered to those 3 channels. This would include the google authorship. 5. I will need help with installing payment gateway etc (I may just use paypal in the beginning because it’s easy) 6. There needs to be a training area for the users. This can even just be done with my automated webinar software or by installing wishlist member and then uploading some videos in there. 7. Custom wordpress plugin for google+ that puts your google+ profile and google+local profile and geo tagging information (already have a plugin that you can work from) 8. Help with installing a premade affiliate program and tracking. I have an example of the system already.
