WAP driven database

We are seeking coder/s for 2 projects. The first has been completed and a very brief summary is: We have a complete WAI Priority 3 & W3C verified database (mysql & php) driven MIS system site (approx 190 pages) that we would like to "convert" to a full WAP system site (in addition to the web based site). The second will not be as large (prob. 20-30 pages max). The WAP MUST be compatable and interactive with all mobile phone systems. Timescale: The ideal would be for both projects to be complete by mid/end October. Though the first site is a priority for that date. mid/end October should include testing time. We have placed this project under this catagory as not sure what level of bids will arrive and have no wish to "put people off" by stipulating either a high min or a low max bid. Intial interest is required, upon recipt of this we will release further info, though a non discloure will be required. Please note we are happy for any bids, all that we are concerned with (irrespective of your RAC rating) can you do the job? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform WAP
