Changing The SEO Rich Snippets plugin + fixing Rich Snippets errors

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.5.1, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers. My test site is [login to view URL] I have the The SEO Rich Snippets plugin currently installed on test site [login to view URL] This plugin adds Rich Snippets for review website and allows to configurethe snipets from the dasboard.. After installing the plugin I check that Google can correctly parse your structured data markup and display it in search results. This is done with Rich Snippets Testing Tool [login to view URL] When testing the home page I get these errors: Missing required field "updated". Missing required hCard "author" The same errors are when checking every page on the site I want these errors corrected. The second thing I want is to have the plugin changed: Currently the review rich snippet configured in the dashboard appears on every url of the site. I want the plugin to do somersetting different: I have mote then 900 categories. I want the snippets to appear only on 4 category pages. I don't want the snippets anywhere else on the site. Not homepage, not posts, not pages, not anywhere else. Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project. Work will be done on test site and when successful on live site. Freelancer should allow 7 days for testing after he finishes his work, before getting paid.
