Wordpress dev and reservation system

I was wondering if you could get me a quote (total amount) for custom programming a order online feature and modifying the current Dev Worpdress theme for this site. We were going to use a third party software for ordering ski/board/bike rentals online but the client does not want to pay a monthly fee and would rather pay upfront for a back end system. Then pay online button will need to go to a secure checkout with [login to view URL] Please see current site for more details -[login to view URL] Dev Wordpress site is located here: [login to view URL] Problems with the Wordpress dev site: products added to each page are manually added in as code in the wysiwyg editor. I would like to instead maybe incorporate WooCommerce because I like how you can easily add products, categories and pricing. ______________________________ Reservation System: What we want functionally… (notes from client) Under the Rates & Reservations tab on the left. Go to Reservations. Towards the bottom of the page are the links for reports, changing the prices of items, adding new coupons, etc. These are all things that we still need to be able to check and change. On the invoices and releases that we print out, in addition to all the information it already collects and compiles neatly for us, we would like to add: - A header at the top of every release page. Invoice #, Last Name(for the main renter), Date of Pickup and Return -Show whether or not each renter paid for Damage Insurance. On both the Invoice and Releases. Notes: - Show discounts more clearly. - Kids package can only be chosen if the age entered for that renter is les than 11. - When choosing time of pickup, if after 2 pm – no charge for that day - There needs to be a cut off window so reservations can not be made less than 24 hours in advance - Tax rate should be 8.9% Additions: On the last page before giving their payment information, I would like a screen that includes this information (not in any specific order): - Would you like to subscribe to our Newsletter? (5-10 Emails per year) - NO REFUNDS ON EARLY RETURNS. Only pay for the days you know you will be skiing/ boarding. We can always extend your rental. - A list of the renters included in the reservation, and whether or not they chose to get our Damage Insurance for $2 per day (not available on Demo rentals). This should possibly also include what Damage insurance means: This damage waiver applies to accidental equipment damage only. It does not apply to lost, misplaced, stolen, broken or mistreated equipment. If the damage waiver is accepted, the shop will absorb the cost of repairing any accidental damage. The customer is responsible for the full retail value of any lost misplaced, stolen or intentionally damaged equipment. Deadline: Oct 1st
