Website Development Needed - Online Card Customizer

I would like for this to be converted into a CMS(Joomla) template if possible, however a CLEAN CSS and XHTML properly coded SEO friendly website will do just fine! Here is what I am looking to achieve: Once you click the "design it now" button or go to the order page customer should be able to log into an existing account or continue to to create their card design.? *Customer will select from predefined templates for the front side of the card which they will not be able to edit. After they select from one the 7 card templates available they will be able to edit the back side of the card in a simple online editor that will allow them to add text logos etc and move them around into position. They should also be able to choose from sample tag lines and just input their information as another option. They should then be able to preview the design and save it in a PDF. The can then continue on to select how many cards they would like and purchase the order through a secure shopping cart that I want built into the template of the website with the option to pay through Paypal and Google checkout visa MC etc. * As soon as the order is payed for then the site should automatically send the PDF proof via email to the address I provide with the customers order number and address. *Returning customers should be able to log in and out and reorder their previously made designs or choose from sample idea's. I would like for the? customer to be automatically made an affiliate with JROX affiliate software(provided and an easy install see [login to view URL]). This should also be implemented into the affiliate part of the site.
