102278 XML Form Post, using PHP

I am looking for someone to write the PHP code to convert html form input data to XML and then pass it via xml to our client. I have instructions for how this should be done in ASP, but I would like to have this process done in PHP. I have the standard inquiry form already built on a website, [login to view URL] I also have the xml format that is required, the url that the data should be sent to, the form is already on the website, etc. What I am looking for is someone to write the string to pass the data (~20 fields) to the client and then handle the response from the client that confirms that they received the info. This should be a short project, I know exactly what we need, I'm ready to hire immediately and pay promptly, and I think we could have the entire thing completed and done within a day or two. Also, I have lots of work to be done with a growing business and so I am also hoping to find a reliable partner in this process. The instructions for posting using ASP are attached.
