I need a regex for a simple HTML form to not allow subdomains in email addresses. I am receiving lots of for entries from emails with subdomains that aren’t real. Your task, create a basic HTML form with an email field for proof of concept. Add one field for email. Add regex to validate if it is a valid email address, can be any TLD such as .com, .co, .uk. .com.au. Only new rule from normal email regex is to not allow entry of subdomains: I.E. user at [login to view URL] can’t be accepted and is invalid, user at [login to view URL] is valid. Must send proof of concept in a basic HTML page with form and not just regex.
