Hi, I have a form that I've been using on a static site and I now want to move it over to wordpress. It's basically 2 pages: Page 1 has some simple javascript to handle the forms, and then calls on page 2 as action. Page 2 recieves the data from page 1 using http post and appends this to a csv file. I now want to be able to use the same code in wordpress. I don't want to do some uggly "hack" but should be a solution that works well with updating the code etc. I attach the code here so you see exactly how it works. I want to set up a new wordpress page that I can use to show this form.
