Adjustments to Xoopsfaq module

We need adjustments made to the xoopsfaq FAQ module of the Xoops CMS (it's the FAQ module that comes bundled with the core). The adjustments are mainly aesthetic, here is the list of the adjustments required: FYI: Here are the changes to the newbb module, as said, mainly aesthetic: -Make an option in the preferences to lock down the layout. -Make the format of each post much, much smaller. -Change "Post Comment" link to say "Post Question". -Create a "Spam reporting" feature where if a certain number of registered users call a posting spam, it gets hidden. -When the user enters the FAQ module he immediately sees the threads ofthe first topic, rather than having to click through the "topic" link atthe very beginning. -Remove the "Table of Contents" bar at the top, since it just takes up space. -Add a "search Translation forum" function, using FULLTEXT search. -Add "Unanswered Questions" and "All Questions" links. -Add preference option of "how many postings to list per page" on admin page.
