As I've brought them projects (Work is going there currently, it is 6 month project, at least). Hence, I got relieved from there temporary and now, I am a BDE and freelancer account manager for an IT startup. It's been a 2 month with this firm, I've provided good leads for website development and designing and brought them some projects. But due to a small team, I feel my abilities hindered due to the non availability of devs to take on new incoming project, provided by me.
