Looking for someone to create a very simple and basic website. Website will have these functions: User can register, user will get an email with confirmation code which has to be entered back to the website, user will be able to upload advertisements. Then unregistered and registered users will be able to browse these advertisements. Very simple and basic website. No WordPress or anything similar allowed, has to be made from scratch. However, a PHP Framework can be used. No design, no CSS required, but MUST be PHP 7 and XHTML 1.1 - these both are not optional. I hope someone to make this in 2-3 days.
