We currently have a form in PDF format that needs to be edited in Word. Once the form is edited, we need to create a web form using Google Docs where we can populate the form and have the saved PDF pushed to our MyCase Case Management System ([login to view URL]) where the document can be associated with a My Case file and stored within the documents folder for that file. We anticipate 5-6 hours of programming needed for an experienced programmer. The form is here for your review: [login to view URL] *****PLEASE READ***** The bid code for this project is: 22375T. If your bid does not include the bid code, we will delete it as we do not accept automated bids. Also our budget is $100 US. Bids over this amount will be deleted.
