Create a Wordpress Template for small Real Estate leasing agency

Looking for a wordpress and CSS design expert to quickly turn a website template of the programmers choosing to fit into my idea of how I would like the site to appear. The site will be for a small real estate leasing company (they have very little listings, don't know if a real estate template is appropriate) - can be done by duplicating a page and swapping out information ------------------- Layout: Home Page (LOGO - menu - above menu tel number align right (need to know size of logo) collage of city, their buildings, whatever (need to know size) spacing listing special: picture takes up 3/4 - info box the remainder picture should have a spaced border - info box should be a shaded box with bullets and bright bold lettering (red?) Below that area will contain a smaller version of the main picture (leasing special) but at half the size - 2 per row Leasing Commercial Industrial Retail Professional General Contracting Advertising (same format as a listings page) Contact ----------- 4 page types - home page - leasing listing page - leasing listing individual page - contact page (address - google map picture or section)
