Design and Develop a multi-lingual website with backend access. Taobao API and Translate API expertise required!

Hello guys, I am creating a website that is required to be multi-lingual. It would be served in both English & Burmese(Myanmar Language). I will be providing the necessary multi-lingual words. You will also be required to know how to use the [login to view URL] API as my website would be serving item content from that website. It will also be necessary to use the Translate API to show the translated content from the default [login to view URL] Chinese to either English / Burmese. The closest website I can find similar to this is [login to view URL] , you can take a look at it for some reference. Basically it is for people to shop through our website for products on [login to view URL] , it is a simplified process for them using our website. There will be required to have backend control panels for 4 different group of users too. I will provide more detailed information and sketches of some pages to give you a clearer idea if you feel you are able to complete this task. Please only apply if you know how to use the Taobao API and the translate API. ***You have to fulfil a developer test that I will provide. You must be able to do up a test page using the [login to view URL] API together with the translate API being used to show your ability before I award the project. If not, I will not award project. The [login to view URL] API is in fully mandarin, so if you are non-mandarin I don't expect how you are able to know how to use it.. *** If you do not deliver the milestone on deadline properly, I will immediately cancel the project. I will not waste time on any lousy developers. I have bad experience on this before. SO DO NOT TEST MY PATIENCE. ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE COMPETENT.
