Develop and Code a Website like the Humble Bundle

I would very much like to create a pay-what-you-want site exactly like the http://www.humblebundle.com. I do not need the site designed - I am just looking for a website to be coded with features identical to the humblebundle.com. These include: - A dynamic slider and input form for the amount someone would pay for the bundle/promotion - Google Charts (or other technology) displaying statistics related to the promotion in real time - Paypal, Amazon and Google Checkout Support - Social Chatter Ticker at top of site (tweets, facebook shares, links, etc) - An automated checkout system that takes the payment - generates a key and creates a download page for the customer (i.e. [login to view URL]). Download page is the same look for every customer and links to the same files - but is only accessible for eligible keys. - A way to track the number of downloads or visits for each customer key - Scaleability - I know that the humble bundle was developed on Google App Engine for speed but this is not required. Take a look at the pictures supplied and feel free to message me with any questions about this. I run promotions for websites all the time and this system is ideal for me. I am looking for a fixed price to get this coding done and the basic site template built. Ideally I would like it to be based in PHP and Google App Engine. It needs to be flexible since I will be reusing it for different promotions and products. Price is a factor in the selection process, but do not be afraid to bid the price of getting this done right.
