Drupal Developer to enhance Video Module

I would like to find someone who is familiar with Drupal programming to add features to the [login to view URL] or just create one from scratch. The video module is here: [login to view URL] The improvements: 1. Videos from Youtube, Google Video, Daily Motion, Metacafe, Yahoo Video, or other video sharing sites can be submitted via users copying and pasting embed code and thumbnails will be extracted via API or Screen Scrape. If a video service thumbnail extraction is not supported, then a user can upload a thumbnail image or a default is used. 2. Better Display of the video nodes similar to Youtube (rows/columns) 3. Install voting up/down module for these video nodes. 4. Views by Recent Videos, Most Viewed, and Top Videos. (Videos will use taxonomy for categories and free-tagging) More details can be provided.
