I want a peer to peer donation script built on the laravel framework, admin can create packages, admin can also allow the pledges to be dynamic, that is, users can enter their own pledge amount. Admin can manually enter the percentage of ROI and refferal percentage. Admin can give preference to certain users as per percentage on ROI and merge preference. System would have both manual merge and automatic. Should have a Bitcoin payment system. Support system and live chat should be part of d site. User interface and homepage should have different themes admin can select from
