We require a Macro / Plugin or Tool built for Excel The tool will delete rows of data in a spreadsheet that 'do not' include specific text that we enter. We will need to be able to add our own text to the tool to specify the text to look for in the spreadsheet - then any rows that do not contain that text will be deleted. The text we will search for are simple product SKUs of our products, for example (VALENTINES-35) - we will need to be able to enter and search for multiple lines of text This needs to be a simple and fast tool, where we can simply enter our needed text, click a button and the tool removes all instances where the text is not contained, so we can simply export the finished spreadsheet

Hello, Apologies after re-reading the description it seems a lot easier than I thought. So the macro would open a pop up box, which you type the data into, and then you can select the range of data you want it to operate on. If a cell within the range doesn't contain the data, then the row will be deleted. Depending on how the data is laid out, efficiency upgrades could include a filter row being added, the data being sorted then a delete being used on all rows not containing the data. That is the quickest way. Thanks Arran
