I am looking for expert programmer who can get fetch company domain URL and other related info from IP address. I am not looking for simple reverse lookup, I have that solutions already but more accurate prediction methods Only apply if you have done this before which you should able to show as demo, or convince us with your skills by related work done.

I don't think what you are wanting is possible. For example, if you look up www.freelancer.com you get back an ip address of 54.225.216.189. Now that IP address is owned by Amazon, because freelancer uses AWS. If you look up that IP address, you will get ec2-54-225-216-189.compute-1.amazonaws.com. There is no way to convert that IP address back to freelancer.com , unless 1) Freelancer.com owns it's ip address, or 2) they paid extra to amazon to get a proper reverse address. The reason for this is that many times several websites are hosted on the same system.
