File Processing Program

Development of a multi-user paperless file processing program. The program would start with a log-in page which, when the file processor's user name and password is provided, the processor would be taken to their home page. At the processor 's home page the processor would see the processor's information and reminders that are past due and current and to enter new reminders. When a reminder date is reached, an email will automatically be sent tot he user notifying the user that a reminder date has been reached and that the file needs attention. The user would also be able to see the last three client files that the Processor accessed and be able to search for client files in the processor's database using the full or partial: file name, buyer name, seller name, property address, or property identification number. When a client file is selected, a window will open showing the pertinent information for the file, and a list of task folders that are required to be completed in order to close the file, and their file notes. The notes section will be searchable and will contain notes that the user will input regarding information for the file. The date and time of the entry of each of the notes will be displayed. The tasks yet to be completed will be in red, the tasks completed will be in green, tasks that are not applicable to that certain file will be in black. When a task is selected (left-click), a new window will open showing the documents that have been downloaded into that task folder. When a task is selected (right-click), a window will open with the option to mark the task "completed" (task name is green), pending (task name is red), N/A (task name is black), and, if the task is completed, the expiration date for the completion of the task (upon expiring, the task will change from "completed" to "pending" and an alert will be sent to the user and the administrator). Documents that can be downloaded into the task folders include pdf's, emails, photos, etc... Their will be one or more administrative users wherein that user has access to all other users' information. The administrative user will enter new processors, open new client files and assign the new client files to a processor. There will be the option to assign a client file to multiple processors. The administrative user(s) will receive a copy of all reminders that are sent to processors. The administrative user will be able to copy a client file to another location. Client files' status will be either active or inactive.
