Finish basic affiliate program with Stripe

I'm looking for a basic affiliate program to be completed that will integrate with Stripe for payment processing. I am a web designer/graphic artist and already started on this project with another programmer that ended up quitting due to medical reasons. The script will function for the vendor (product owner), customer and affiliate. Here's the features needed: 1. Create product (name, url of sales page, url of download page, price, one time/subscription, percentage to pay affiliates (0-100%), email to send customer's email to for adding to autoresponder, if it's linked to another product for upsells/downsells, which product it's linked to. The script will then generate a buy button link, and affiliate link (that the affiliate will customize with their ID, ie; http://whatever.com/productid=123456 (they would change 123456 with their own), if there's an upsell/downsell, the script would also generate a 'no thank you' link to put underneath the buy button to trigger the next product in the sales funnel if the customer declines this offer. 2. Stripe offers the option to do a 'one click upsell' which simply means that once a customer buys a product and is shown a second offer, by clicking the buy button, their card is automatically charged without needing to enter their credit card info again. 3. This would also need to be able to be set up on more than one website (I would do the installs or hire them out) since the transactions are needed to be done on a SSL site. 4. I already have a html theme that is mobile responsive for helping with the product creation pages. 5. Both the vendor and the affiliate would need to be able to log in and see their stats (sales, clicks and profit per product). 6. I would own exclusive rights to this script when completed. 7. Payments to the affiliates would be done through PayPal as a mass pay whenever the vendor wants. (They choose the date range and export the CSV file with payments due). The current version has the layout integrated with a responsive theme at [login to view URL] It's approximately 25% done already. The next 3 steps are the payment integration with Stripe, the affiliate set up and the stats for the vendor and affiliate sales.
