Dear Programmer, I would like to offer easy returns for my webshop customers. DHL offers a simple API integration which requires XML knowledge. Basically what needs to happen: 1. Customer wants to return his product. 2. Customer logs in. 3. Customer clicks on tab: Return product(s) 4. Customer selects order 5. Customer highlights the products he wants to return. 6. Customer presses "send" 7. Api will be called and process will start. What you need to know as to-do: - Create an extra page for customer returns - Creata a PHP connector to send API request with magento information (order, customer, address)

Dear Mate, It is going to be a simple magento extension. I will create a single page which will allow the customers to select one of their orders from a drop down. A list of the products of that order will be displayed in a tabular form. There will be a return order link next to each product. Clicking on it will call the DHL API for product return. The response of the API will be stored in the database. I will also add a grid in magento admin so the admin can check the product/orders for which return has been initiated. I am core magento developer, all my projects are on magento. I dont take any advance milestone, you can release the whole amount once i deliver the code.
