The Android phone has GPS function. so we can use it to get user current location like bus tracking, we can put the phone somewhere inside the bus, w/o telling the driver or child tracking, a parent can install it w/o inform the child that just my idea the GPS location then will be sent to a central database server, normally using web hosting then management/parent will know the current location that briefly how the system work starts your proposal with "I can" so that I'm sure you have read this job properly.
