Modifications needed for my current CMS and a Template

I need several modifications done to my CMS and I need a template to make the CMS fully complete. The mods I need are as follows: - I would like a headline field added to the backend that allows me enter specifically the H1 tag instead of having the page name linked with the h1 tag. This will allow me to enter a headline as the H1 tag. Then if you could change the "page name" field on the backend so that it changes the name of the page in the site navigation links. Then since the "page name" field would be used for the name of the page in the navigation, if you could add a field called "URL" or "URL Name" and this would allow me to change the URL obviously to anything I specify. Also I need the URL to work with dashes and underscores in the event that I use them. - I would like a HOME link added to the left of the settings and logout links on the backend. This will link to the system url so that when I click on the home button it takes me to the homepage of the current domain I am working on. Also, I would like to have it so that when im logged into the CMS backend and I click on the home button, when it takes me to the homepage of the website it will give me a button that is either floating or scrolling with me that says "Admin" and the system will understand I am logged in and allow me to quick go back to the backend without having to log back in. - I also need 1 template made which is a copy of one of my current websites. I would also like the buttons in the navigation to look better better by adding a gradient. Also, if we could do a light gray background on the outside of those light blue sidebars with darker gray fading sidebars instead of the light blue sidebar line that is there now. Then the middle portion of the page that is within the blue sidebar lines would still all remain as white background. I would like everything to be linked in and working with the CMS as well with this template design. Wherever there is adsense code, you can just put a placeholder or just leave it blank under the sponsored links areas. Then I would like the images to be linked in the same location as on this page. - I would also like some sort of a image resizing tool that allows me to add the image on the backend but it automatically resizes for a clean picture so I dont have to modify each picture one by one at the time. - Lastly I need the template to work and function properly with my current CMS with no issues.
