Need add extra (with food cart) in javascript (table and product are all already made)

I have food cart script in JS/PHP/MySQL and right now, i can add food to cart (fetch from food_table) and then when i click on "save" in save the order to database perfectly. But right now, i want to add extra with checklist option, so it will be added to price and showed in basket (product name and price already showed) need to show the extra added by checked the box. The food_table have unique ID, so extra_table (already made), use the ID of food product in food_table. IN CONCLUSION: ALL JOB ALREADY WORK (SHOW, INSERT ETC...) BUT NEED TO ADD EXTRA FUNCTION WHICH IS VERRY SIMPLE, YOU ONLY HAVE TO GRAB SOME CHECKBOX VALUE.
