I have a website www.UtahLiveBands.com. I hired a person to put some forms on the website; however, these forms are no longer working. He used [login to view URL] for the forms. When he first did it, he made custom looking forms that validated with the Wufoo backend; however, Wufoo seems to have since made a bunch of changes to their form backend and it no longer validates. He did some custom forms that were an overlay over some pictures.
